Meet the Doctors & Providers

Dr. Rodney C. Petersen is board certified in diagnostic radiology. Dr. Petersen is skilled in interpreting and acquiring medical imagining using such clinical imaging techniques as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), fluoroscopy, projection radiography (x-ray), computed tomography, ultrasound, and other imaging tools. He has special interest in ultrasound imaging techniques.

After graduating from medical school at the University of Utah College of Medicine, Dr. Petersen completed an internship, residency, and fellowship at the Harbor General Hospital in Torrance, California. Dr. Petersen is board certified in diagnostic radiology. His professional associations include both national and state memberships: the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the American Board of Radiology, and the American Medical Association; the Utah State Radiology Society, the Utah State Medical Association, and the Utah County Medical Association.
